URP- Public Relations Office
The Public Relations Office (URP) is the service that takes care of carrying out activities regarding information, welcoming, complaint management, surveying and assessing the quality perceived from offered services.
Some of the URP’s tasks:
- Updating the service charter, through document assessment and information verification.
- Collaborating with the drafting of the departmental service charters.
- Gather complaints, suggestions and praises, implementing and monitoring corrective and improvement measures.
- Systematically identify patient’s degree of satisfaction through the use of perceived quality assessment research (Customer Satisfaction) utilizing specific questionnaires.
Reports and/or complaints
Patients can make a complaint or report possible disservices via e-mail at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org
Complaints will immediately be submitted to the pertinent operator and resolved as soon as possible. Patients will be informed, within 30 days of receiving the notification, on how to resolve the problem.
