CUP Woman
The “Cup Woman” is active: a special line reserved for appointments regarding gynecology and senology exams and visits.
This service enables to make appointments in agreement with the National Healthcare Service according to the fees established by the SSN (National Healthcare Service).
The “Cup Woman” can be reached at the following number 0789 1899 333 and is active Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
The appointment request, with recall within 48 hours, can be made also via e-mail, at the following address: cupdonna@materolbia.com

Can I book a visit or exam by phone?
Yes. For appointments through the National Healthcare System you must call the following number: 0789 1899 898 (National Healthcare System Appointment Call Center) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
For private practice appointments you must call the following number: 0789 1899 899 (Private Practice Appointment Call Center) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Which appointments can I book?

Can I choose the doctor to be visited by?
You cannot choose the doctor when booking a visit or exam through the National Healthcare System.
Which documents must I have in order to make an appointment?
In order to request an appointment for a visit or exam you must have a medical prescription from your doctor and your national healthcare card. It is important to always make sure that the issuance date on the medical prescription has been indicated (the validity of the prescription is for 1 year from the issuance date).
Which documents do I need on the day of the appointment
We suggest bringing every document and/or medical report made in the past regarding the visit and/or exam to be carried out.
