The URP carries out address and guide service for its patients.
This office provides information about healthcare appointments and services and receives comments and complaints, in various forms, submitted by individuals/patients or by Associations that represent them.
In order to identify the degree of appreciation for the services provided, a satisfaction questionnaire is given to patients.
The information will be used to improve offered services
Patients or their family members can make a complaint or report a disservice by phone or by personally going to the Mater Olbia Hospital URP office – Strada Statale 125 Orientale Sarda, 07026, Olbia or via e-mail at: email@example.com filling out the appropriate form or presenting a request on plain paper. Patients will be informed, within 30 days, on how to resolve the problem. Therefore, no matter how the complaint was made, it will be immediately submitted to the pertaining operator and, depending on the situation, it will be taken care of as quickly as possible. In any case, feedback will be given within 30 days.
Patients, nonetheless, will be informed on how to resolve the problem.
Thus, the complaint is received and considered collectively with all other complaints in order to see if there is a need to improve certain procedures or services offered, so that patients and their family members can receive assistance that is increasingly timely and efficient.Go to the URP page
